Product images won't load

Brand photos load through our image proxy. If a pin looks blank, tap the retry link on the card — that re-requests the original photo. If it still fails after a minute, the brand likely rotated the product URL; report the pin and we'll refresh it.

How to post a fit

Tap Post, upload or take a photo, then add the brand, title, price and the product link. Photos are checked automatically before they go live — anything explicit, violent or clearly not fashion is removed and repeat posts can suspend the account.

Question 3

Why was my post removed?

Posts are removed when automated review or a moderator finds nudity, hate, harassment, spam or content unrelated to fashion. You can't un-hide your own removed content. If you think it was a mistake, send a support request with the post title and we'll re-review it.

Question 4

Reporting a pin, thread or account

Accepted Answer

Every pin, thread and reply has a Report button. Pick a reason and it lands in the moderation queue. For urgent safety issues, also send a support request with the category set to Inappropriate content — those are treated as urgent.

Promoting a brand and how billing works

Promotions are one-time purchases that run for 7 days and can be renewed manually from the receipt link. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card. Receipts show up under Profile → Purchases when you're signed in with the email you paid with.

Refunds and cancelled promotions

If a promotion never went live or the wrong pin ran, send a support request with the checkout email and campaign name. Refunds are issued to the original card and take 5-10 business days to appear.

Streaks, discounts and profile frames

Accepted Answer

Visiting Tension on consecutive days builds a streak. At 14 days you unlock 20% off any purchase, applied automatically at checkout. Longer streaks unlock free frames, and you can buy premium frames or design your own for $3.99.

Turning on drop alerts for a brand

Open Drops, find the brand and switch on Alerts. You'll get an in-app notification whenever we index a new drop from that brand. Manage or switch alerts off any time from the same panel.

Controlling what others can see

Accepted Answer

Profile → settings lets you hide your pins, forum activity or saved items from other people. Collections have their own public/private switch. These controls are enforced by the database, so hidden content isn't reachable through shared links either.

Exporting or deleting your data

Profile → account has a data export that downloads your posts, saves and forum activity as a file, plus account deletion. Deletion removes your profile, pins, saves and forum posts and can't be undone.
