What we collect
Your email address and handle when you make an account, the fit photos and forum posts you choose to share, the pins you save, and reports you file. Brand promo checkouts are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To show your posts in the feed and forum, to keep the community safe through moderation, and to bill brands for promoted placements.
Automated safety review
Every uploaded photo is scanned automatically before it goes live. Photos containing nudity, sexual content or violence are blocked, and accounts that repeatedly break the rules can be suspended.
Age
Tension is for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 13, don't create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13 we delete it.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. Product links take you to brand websites, which have their own privacy policies and tracking. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Your controls
You can export everything you've shared or permanently delete your account and all of your content at any time from your account page.

Tension is an independent discovery platform. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the brands featured. Product imagery and names belong to their respective owners; every pin links back to the brand's own store.
